Drawing on her decades of
experience in culinary and food safety, Paula is widening the offer at the
school to cover cabin safety training in co-operation with Embry-Riddle
Aeronautical University. Students will be able to enrol online through
Embry-Riddle or DaVinci website to attend classes from July 2017. The
multi-purpose facility includes a mock flight department area that will test
graduates on the entire cabin service experience. Bespoke products and
services, including butler training, new galley technology, food packaging
and presentation, will also be available at DaVinci ensuring greater
passenger safety and satisfaction.
“Our comprehensive training
platform will offer both the seasoned or new corporate flight attendant the
best in inflight safety, professional skills, and culinary service
capabilities,” said Paula, adding, “DaVinci will allow flight attendants to
not only enhance their value to employers but also create greater passenger
loyalty and brand reputation for flight operations around the world.
