On 29th September there is only one place to be if you want to be updated and educated on one of the hottest topics in business aviation today; London’s Royal Aeronautical Society for the second edition of the Single-Engine Turboprop Operators Conference - SETOps 2017.

Opportunities, challenges and restrictions; the airfields needed to help the sector flourish and grow; how they'll fit in a market that continues to consolidate; who's going to finance and support them? All of this is on the agenda at the packed one-day event.

Following the success of last year’s Single Engine Turboprop Operations conference at London Oxford Airport, speakers are coming from far and wide; indeed as far afield as New Zealand!

CEO Andrew Crawford from Sounds Air, which has been operating Cessna Caravans for 25 years and most recently expanding further with Pilatus PC-12s, joins our 'Trailblazers' panel, while neighbour Mark Crouch from Pacific Aerospace joins the OEM panel to talk up the virtues of the (XSTOL) P-750.

From Brussels GAMA’s Head of European Regulatory Affairs Kyle Martin joins EBAA’s new President Brandon Mitchener on a panel that addresses the implications of the new EASA SMC-IMC ruling, sharing a platform with the BBGA and BACA.

US veteran airline commentator and journalist Kathryn Creedy will explore the rise of the airline subscription model (and how specifically these Singles can help path-find new markets) as Wheels Up and Surf Air continue to grow in the USA and Surf Air Europe prepares to add its third route - to Zurich on 25th September. Channel Islands based Waves joins the line up as the first such model in the UK, flying Caravan aircraft.

Delegates will also hear from Wingly, the GA aircraft sharing app business and it pledge to democratize aviation and grow private charter from its grass roots. Co-founder Emeric de Waziers will participate on the afternoon panel ‘Running a Sustainable and Viable General Aviation Network’ led by Pauline Vahey, Chair of the newly established General Aviation Infrastructure Network (GAIN).

Richard Koe, WINGX Managing Director will be sharing his analytical view on how big this market can grow, sharing with SETops delegates where the anticipated growth is coming from.

Emerald Media and BlueSky News, together with The Royal Aeronautical Society - which is hosting the event at their prestigious London headquarters at 4 Hamilton Place - thank all of those who have pledged their support. We have one or two exhibition/sponsorship opportunities remaining; please contact Frances Williams at Emerald Media for details.
