On Air Dining recruits top executive chef to oversee record growth

Leading luxury executive in-flight concierge, On Air Dining, has announced the appointment of Mark Brega as it’s executive chef.

Brega joined the company in the newly created senior position following the busiest period the award winning private jet caterer has ever seen.

Mark BregaOn Air Dining has been experiencing rapid growth throughout 2018, culminating in the busiest July in the company’s history and a 60% increase in year on year business in August. It is this swift expansion which led to the recruitment of Brega into the role and with his impressive background in luxury catering, including the Lansdowne Private Members Club, Relais and Chateau hotels, and in the development of British Airways menus in their First Class and Club World cabins, he was a clear choice to fill the position.

During his extensive culinary career, Brega has gathered strong experience in food innovation and delivery as well as catering to the needs of the high net worth global traveller. This has included development of route specific menus designed for customers from the Middle East, India and Asia.

Commenting on his new position with On Air Dining, Brega said, “I am extremely passionate about my work and excited to enter the executive jet catering world with On Air Dining. I am looking forward to working with an already proven cutting edge team and using various elements of culinary design and innovation to revamp our menus and provide our customers with an even better in flight dining experience."

On Air Dining CEO, Daniel Hulme added, “The position of executive chef is vital to the continued evolution of On Air Dining as the leading luxury provider in its field. We are delighted to welcome Mark into the team and look forward to him developing the role and taking our high culinary standards to the next level for our customers.”
