ExecuJet Haite boosts heavy maintenance capabilities in China

Record growth for ExecuJet in Asia Pacific

ExecuJet Haite Aviation Services China Co. Ltd. is announcing extensive new heavy maintenance capabilities at its facility at Tianjin Binhai International Airport, China.

To better meet the growing demand for maintenance on long range and ultra long range aircraft in Asia Pacific, ExecuJet Haite is adding to its long list of CAAC and EASA approvals. These include authorisation for CAAC Base Maintenance on the Gulfstream V series (G550) up to 72-month base check; and new capabilities for the Falcon 7X (up to 48-month base check). The entire Bombardier Global product line up to 60-month check has also been added to its EASA and Aruba certificates.

Paul Desgrosseilliers, General Manager, ExecuJet Haite says: “As the number of widebody jets coming through our doors has increased, so too has our growing list of heavy maintenance capabilities, to ensure we’re able to support every customer that requires it.

“We’re also introducing full aircraft painting in our new state-of-the-art hangar, providing over 3,000sqm of dedicated space for painting aircraft up to the size of the Boeing 737 and Airbus A321. Our cost effective and high quality full-scale base maintenance services are some of the best in the region - we will strive to continue boosting our offering to make sure we retain that top spot.”

ExecuJet Haite holds CAAC, EASA, FAA, Cayman, Bermuda, Aruba, Hong Kong and Macau approvals. The facility offers line and base maintenance support on multiple Embraer, Dassault, Bombardier and Gulfstream models, as well as line support for Boeing business jets.

Record growth for ExecuJet in Asia Pacific

In further news, ExecuJet is celebrating a record year in Asia Pacific, with fleet additions, an extended Singapore office and a new management team to oversee operations.

A significant increase to the managed fleet has seen three Global Expresses, two Challenger and one Gulfstream aircraft added to ExecuJet’s Asia Pacific operations over the last year. The aircraft will be supported by ExecuJet’s expanded operations in Singapore, with a large office space housing the recently launched Dispatch and CAMO teams. By the end of 2018, all Asia Pacific aircraft were being handled by the Singapore team, comprising six flight dispatchers and two technical services engineers, led by Flight Dispatch Manager Edmond Yuen.

The Singapore offices of Luxaviation were consolidated with ExecuJet during 2018. Tom Künsch has been appointed as General Manger to oversee the expanded ExecuJet operations. He says: “Six years after first opening the Singapore office, we have undergone significant expansion to better meet the growing demand from customers in Asia Pacific. The appetite for business aviation has increased across the region, which is why it’s so important for specialist business aviation companies like ExecuJet to provide the services that are needed. With our expansion in Singapore - along with our offices in Hong Kong and significant facilities in Australia - we can now say with confidence that, with our extended capabilities, we can support all our clients, wherever they may be throughout the region.”
