By maintaining a sophisticated IT and communications infrastructure and rapidly adopting a decentralized work-from-home policy, Elit’Avia has protected its team from infection and successfully delivered uninterrupted, consistent support and service to its valued clients.

“The Covid-19 crisis has had a devastating impact on people worldwide,” says Michel Coulomb, CEO, Elit’Avia. “The Elit’Avia team has responded by attempting to make a positive contribution where we are most able. As aircraft managers, we have enhanced traditional charter with specialized services. Operating in the current environment is very complex. Each flight plan is highly-tailored in response to jurisdictional access, landing rights, quarantines and other hurdles.”

“Our team has a wealth of operational experience with particular expertise in Europe, Russia, the CIS, Africa and Asia. We are leveraging our skills, abilities and relationships in an effort to best-serve clients with unprecedented needs. The business aviation community is uniquely positioned to make a positive contribution and we are proud to be supporting individuals and organizations at this difficult time,” continues Mr. Coulomb.
