Houston, Texas Universal grows US CBP Reimbursable Services Program to 26 airports in months |
In four months, Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. has rapidly grown its US Customs & Border Protection Reimbursable Services Program (RSP) and can now provide RSP services at 26 airports.
Universal became the first mission management company accepted into CBP’s RSP program in June 2022. This allows Universal to request and prepay for CBP overtime services at approved US ports where hours of operation and overtime are limited.
“The rapid growth of our RSP service is a fundamental change in how our customers can access and determine mission feasibility at 26 of the biggest airports in the US and we’re not stopping,” said Adam Hartley, Global Regulatory Services, Universal. “As the first trip support provider accepted into RSP, our customers have ease of access to operating hours no one else can provide.”
Customers working with Universal Trip Support can take advantage of Universal’s RSP partner status at the following airports:
“Adoption of this service has been amazing and customer feedback is incredible,” said Laura Everington, Universal, Global Regulatory Services. “We’re adding new airports rapidly, including seven in just the last week. Customers are asking us for specific airports and we’re moving as fast as we can. It’s clear this is a service that’s in demand and a huge time saver
and we’re excited to be able to meet that need.”
