F/LIST: Fulfilling our American dream

This month, we officially opened our fourth facility in the USA, welcoming clients to celebrate our new Savannah, Georgia facility.

This latest operation complements our existing facilities in the Americas and showcases our commitment to engaging and working with our customers nearby. As a global business, we like to invest locally to ensure that our high-end custom interiors for business and private aviation customers, as well as owners of luxury residences, are assured of the high quality and standards for which the brand is recognized.

The latest addition to the F/LIST family in the Americas joins our Denver (Colorado) operation and the two locations we inaugurated in November of 2023 in Fort Lauderdale (Florida). The decision to establish a presence in Fort Lauderdale and Savannah supports the recognition of these areas as critical hubs in the business aviation and residence markets. It adds value for our customers as the local footprint supports our growing customer base throughout America. With the US representing the most active business aviation nation globally, we must continue to augment our physical representation.

With the US and its neighbours representing the most active business aviation markets globally, we recognize the importance of integrating our services locally. The new Savannah facility totals some 9,100 sq ft. Our local colleagues support veneer and lumber management, repairs and completions. Our on-site design showroom gives life to our products, enabling our partners to enjoy mood boards and get creative by merging our materials, expertise and craftsmanship with their designs. The after-sales service division is vital in a business aviation market where new aircraft are hard to come by, and pre-owned acquisitions often require repairs or a change of interior. Savannah is the newest F/LIST location in the Americas and perfectly supplements and complements the work already taking place in Denver and Fort Lauderdale.

When we determine the location of a new site, we will always look at where our customers are located, and that’s where we begin our decision-making process. Extensive market research confirmed the high density of business aviation activity in Southern Florida, which informed our selection of Fort Lauderdale as a potential market. We now offer our full suite of services, including small on-wing repairs, which, as well as being offered in-house, are conducted by the company’s mobile repair team, serving all of Florida. Reflecting the importance of the community, our building also incorporates a full sample showroom that lets customers view the large number and variety of F/LIST’s signature interior finishes, including our novel range of sustainable materials. This is complemented by an in-house designer who can guide customers through full cabin specifications.

In addition to financial investment, we are committed to investing our time and energy into becoming an integrated part of the local business aviation sector through networking, joining relevant associations, and maximizing our visibility through marketing and sales activity. As much as possible, we recruit, train, and expand the local workforce, which not only supports our commercial efforts but also adds value to the local community.

We have been servicing the aviation community for twenty years now, and our brand, F/LIST, has become synonymous with the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. With a thriving ecosystem and home to a significant concentration of our customer base, the US offers ample opportunity for growth and closer engagement with our valued customers. We expect to open more offices in the US within the year as we continue to promote sustainable development on both sides of the Atlantic. Strengthening these ties is critical to meeting and exceeding our local customer expectations with international insight.
