Founded on the principles of personalisation, transparency and unparalleled expertise, JetHouse is excited to “bring a new standard in executive aviation charter.”

"JetHouse is the culmination of our vision to redefine the boutique aviation experience," said Hervé Laitat. "We are committing to remain at no more than 15 aircraft, ensuring each client feels part of our family - every journey meticulously tailored by our hands-on team. Our first aircraft, the popular, long-range Dassault Falcon 7X, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and Wi-Fi connectivity, embodies our promise of efficiency, comfort and excellence."

Underpinning JetHouse's operations are advanced aviation IT tools, ensuring prompt responses, accurate operational data and clear reporting, benefitting aircraft owners and charter clients alike.

“We are positioning JetHouse as much more than an operator. We want to be a trusted partner in each client’s aviation journey. From drafting the aircraft management agreement to the meticulous preparation of each flight, our CEO and team are deeply involved, ensuring needs are anticipated and met with precision," Laitat emphasised.

Choosing Malta as its HQ, JetHouse benefits from a robust jurisdiction and a dynamic and supportive regulator. With its AOC awarded by Transport Malta, JetHouse is looking forward to expanding its fleet. "Our journey is just beginning, and we are excited to usher in this new era of business aviation," added Hervé Laitat.

Positive partnership with FCF Assets

Fiona HealyJetHouse was awarded its AOC from Transport Malta on 27 February, the culmination of seven months’ hard work. Throughout the duration, Hervé Laitat partnered with Fiona Healy, Managing Director at FCF Assets.

“We couldn’t have done this without Fiona’s help, working as part of our integrated team,” said Hervé. “Not only did she assist us with our business strategy from the outset, acting as key conduit on the ground, and working closely with the Civil Aviation Directorate, she also delivered impeccable guidance on all the steps needed to expedite the AOC. “We are exceptionally proud to be her eighth registered AOC operator, achieving take-off in seven months. With such a positive experience, we intend to work together going forward as we introduce more aircraft,” he added.

Hervé Laitat also thanked Charles Pace, Director General of the Civil Aviation Directorate at Transport Malta, for his team’s “generous accessibility and unwavering guidance through the whole application process.”

“It is always a pleasure to issue certificates for new AOCs. The reviewing team from CAD was very happy with the quality of the submission and the responsiveness from the nominated representatives. We all wish JetHouse the best of luck as they add more aircraft and grow under 9H,” commented Charles Pace.

“It is a credit to Hervé and JetHouse’s preparedness for operations that we were able to earn the AOC so swiftly,” added Fiona Healy.

FCF Assets is known in Malta for providing comprehensive legal and practical support to aviation clients venturing into AOC operations. Established in 2015, FCF has become a trusted consultancy offering a wide range of advisory services, including sourcing, financing, importing, registering and operating business aircraft.

Under Fiona Healy’s guidance, FCF plays a significant role supporting Malta's aviation sector, facilitating the addition of eight airlines and 67 aircraft on to the Maltese registry to date. This has contributed to job creation within the industry, strengthening Malta's economic landscape. Presently embarking on the company’s ninth AOC project, Healy affirms that Malta remains a vibrant hub for aviation.

As well as her role at FCF, Fiona serves on the Executive Committee for Aviation & Aerospace at the Chamber of Commerce and contributes to the Board of the Irish Business Network.
