Nomad Technics' Basel, Switzerland facility has undertaken this large maintenance event on the Boeing BBJ which saw a thorough examination of the aircraft’s primary and secondary structures during the scheduled inspection. For this purpose the entire cabin was removed.
The work also included the landing gear overhaul, the implementation of Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives as well as defect rectification on aircraft systems, structural components and interior items.
A partial cabin refurbishment was performed to improve the passenger’s experience during flight. In addition a new carpet was installed throughout the entire cabin and customized modifications were applied to the in-flight entertainment system.

Functional and operational tests of all aircraft systems concluded the maintenance job. The aircraft was returned to the very satisfied long time customer on time.
