Coverage from AERO Friedrichshafen this week where Daher debuted its TBM 910 turboprop following certification from the FAA and EASA on March 24th. The 910 is similar to the TBM 900 in terms of range, performance and technical features, but benefits from a new all-glass integrated flight deck from Garmin and cabin interior enhancements identical to the high-end TBM 930 version.

The DEA General Aviation Group of China (DEAGA) showcased it's new Gyrocopter - the Rotor Schnieder ultra light co-axial VA115 - currently in the process of certification. CEO Mike Creed tells us all about it.

Diamond Aircraft, meanwhile, unveiled three versions of its new DA50 high-performance single, all of them powered by diesel engines. Set for certification next year, the aircraft first flew in March. The Austrian firm is also set to enter the helicopter market, and unveiled the DART 280 light-single piston-engined rotorcraft. There's also an interview with Simon Caldecott, Piper's CEO about the company's brand new M600, a jet, he says, that will be a strong contender for the emerging Single Engine Turboprop sector in Europe.
