ExecuJet has announced that its Dubai FBOs,
located at Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Al Maktoum International
Airport (DWC), have gained the International Standard for Business Aircraft
Handling (IS-BAH) Stage I accreditation.
Ettore Poggi,
Group FBO Director, Luxaviation Group, says: “It makes me very proud that our
Dubai FBOs have been recognised by the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC)
and awarded the IS-BAH accreditation. The accolade demonstrates ExecuJet’s
unwavering commitment to service excellence across all aspects of the business.
We have exhibited high performance levels in a range of key areas, including
safety management, customer care and ground handling. The certification
demonstrates our commitment to delivering world class services across our entire
FBO network.”
Dumani Ndebele,
Regional FBO Manager, ExecuJet, says: “We are absolutely delighted to have
achieved IS-BAH certification at our Dubai facilities. This is a true testament
to the hard work and dedication shown by our staff and everybody involved in the
region. ExecuJet is renowned for offering the highest level of service and
safety and we look forward to demonstrating these services to more clients at
our IS-BAH accredited facilities in Dubai in the future.”
All FBOs in the ExecuJet network meet NATA
Safety First standards, and with the addition of the Dubai facilities, seven of
ExecuJet’s 25 FBOs are now IS-BAH accredited. Those which gained Stage I
accreditation this year include Brussels and New Delhi; while in September,
ExecuJet’s Zürich FBO became the first facility to gain IS-BAH Stage II
accreditation in Switzerland. IS-BAH is a joint programme between IBAC and the
National Air Transportation Association (NATA). |
