Million Air Medford's leadership team has
announced its FBO Employee Honors for 2017: Reka Silafaou is named CSR of the
Year, Jared Jenkins as Line Tech of the Year and Jennifer Hite as Employee of
the Year.
Having worked at MFR for one year as a CSR,
Silafaou has quickly proven to be a stellar employee who continuously goes above
and beyond for each customer. Not only does she care for her external customers,
but Silafaou also takes a special interest in her internal customers: her
coworkers. Silafaou always takes the time to ensure that each colleague knows
they are appreciated.
Jenkins, employee at MFR since 2017, is one of
the hardest working line technicians at Million Air Medford. He is a reliable
colleague and values a job done accurately and efficiently, helping to
streamline operations at MFR. Jenkins makes every customer that flies in to
Million Air Medford feel like a VIP.

Hite, business office manager, has been one of
Million Air Medford’s greatest assets since 2015. Her knowledge concerning the
various departments at Million Air Medford help her excel in her position. Hite
can also always be relied on to give unbiased opinions for a given situation,
providing valuable insight. Furthermore, she truly cares for all customers:
internal and external.
Employees are selected for the annual awards
by President Joe Keith, Line Manager Thomas Gamble and Customer Service Manager
Laura Sartori who consider an employee’s work ethic, customer service, safety
record, impact on the business and customer comments when selecting whom to
honor. “We are thrilled to publicly honor Reka, Jared and Jennifer for their
hard work and dedication to service,” said Keith. “They are most deserving of
recognition and we are privileged to have them on our team.”
