The investment, which was completed this
month, includes a total kitchen refurbishment, the addition of two new
high-loaders and the reinforcement of the Farnborough-based On Air team. The
facility also boasts one of the only dedicated and approved Halal Certified
kitchens in the country to add to the company’s pioneering establishment at
London Stansted Airport. In addition to creating a dedicated Halal Arabic menu,
the company also holds certification confirming that its entire fine dining,
brasserie and platters menus conform to Halal requirements.

ability to cater for all of the geographical areas that are seeing growth across
