Leading executive in-flight culinary specialist and concierge, On Air Dining, has completed a significant investment programme at its Farnborough base to manage the predicted growth in business at the Hampshire, UK Airport.

The investment, which was completed this month, includes a total kitchen refurbishment, the addition of two new high-loaders and the reinforcement of the Farnborough-based On Air team. The facility also boasts one of the only dedicated and approved Halal Certified kitchens in the country to add to the company’s pioneering establishment at London Stansted Airport.

In addition to creating a dedicated Halal Arabic menu, the company also holds certification confirming that its entire fine dining, brasserie and platters menus conform to Halal requirements.

Daniel Hulme, CEO of On Air Dining commented, “We decided to make a significant commitment and investment in our facility at Farnborough in recognition of the demand for our food and service we have seen since opening a base here.

"We have seen a particular increase in business from the USA, as well as from the Middle East, which has driven us to open a second Halal certified kitchen. This outstanding facility gives us the ability to cater for all of the geographical areas that are seeing growth across the entire business aviation industry.”
