Yorkshire private aviation company Multiflight has expanded its helicopter charter fleet with a VIP Airbus H155 helicopter to meet the increasing demand for its charter services.

The new charter aircraft, an Airbus H155 with VIP configuration, joins Multiflight’s existing fleet, which includes two luxury eight seat AS365 Dauphin helicopters.

“The VIP Airbus H155 helicopter is a fabulous new addition to the Multiflight charter fleet, offering increased performance, comfort, space, range, exceptional ride quality and speed,” said Steve Borrowdale, Multiflight’s Managing Director.

“We have seen a significant increase in demand for Multiflight’s charter services and the addition of this new VIP helicopter and its impressive performance will provide the extra capacity for our current and new clients. It’s a natural progression and addition to our Airbus 365 fleet as well as extra capacity to meet customer demand.”

The helicopter offers seating for up to eight passengers, sat telephone, excellent baggage capacity, with speeds in excess of 165mph and a range of over 400 miles.

Steve added: “The ease and flexibility of helicopter travel is appealing to more and more people. For anyone wanting to make the most of their time and avoid the stress of airport queues and the ever-increasing delays on the road and rail system, private aircraft charter is becoming the way to travel.”

Based on the South Side of Leeds Bradford Airport, Multiflight offers private jet and helicopter charters, executive handling, aircraft engineering, aircraft sales and parts.
