EBACE (European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition) has always been a platform for innovation and progress. One theme that shone through prominently in 2023 was sustainability.

The event set the stage to showcase how business aviation is embracing eco-friendly practices and paving the way for a greener future.

Here, business aviation specialist Liz Moscrop speaks to some of the main players at the show to discover why they think that young people and anyone outside the sector should take another look at one of the world’s most innovative sectors.

The first business aviation company to create standards across the board for future aircraft development - the Canadian OEM developed the Environmental Product Declaration to ensure its suppliers and processes are in alignment with its stated values and ethos.

It is also building the Eco Jet - a new blended wing aircraft.
